We recently stayed at this hotel, and while it has a fantastic location just a short walk from Taman Safari, the experience was a bit mixed. The rooms were quite damp and noisy, making it hard to get a good night's sleep, especially with groups nearby. The service was friendly but not very professional, which made planning a reservation a bit cumbersome. Overall, the hotel offers decent value for its proximity to attractions, but improvements in room quality are needed.
